Ye, i got PS4 Pro too and high end pc so cant decide. I just wish they
already announce PC version so we know at least how long we going to wait.

No matter if it's two years wait, i'll wait for PC version.

If you have the console then i guess you can go for it as most likely that version won't be any different from PC one.

Other than that, if you can wait 6-9 months then i'm 99% certain it'll be on PC.
Sony just moneyhats Tecmo to not mention the PC platform as they did with other games like NMS or Nier Automata. After the game launches on PS4 i expect a sudden announcement it's coming to PC.

Just got to weigh the pros and cons. Consider the benefits of the PC version versus the benefits of the PS4 version. Then consider the down sides to PC gaming and the downsides to console gaming.

ofc wait for pc. no need to waste this beautiful game on a garbage console.

It's still capped to 60 FPS on PC, i don't know how was the performance on PS4 or PS4 pro but i would assume it should still meet that target or the game would go literally slow-mo.
As for looking better, only thing that PC was offered were slightly better shadows.

I mean, i'm a PC person and i never owned any console since PS1 but let's not pretend that the PC version was any kind of day/night difference. It was just about of a generic feature parity port as one could expect with only PC features being Ansel and KB/M support.

PC version supports true 2160p screen res at 60 fps. The PS4 pro has that upscaled 1440p checkerboard/fake 4k stuff at 30 fps. The vanilla PS4 that I have plays the game in 720p at 60 fps. Or 1080p at 30 fps. The Nioh 2 demo was running at what looked like 540p or something close to that. (On my vanilla PS4.) Pretty big difference.

But don`t get me wrong. I`m not hating on consoles. Just saying if you have a high end PC the difference is in fact night and day.

Clueless. Console version is 1080p 30 on base PS4 and 1080p 50-60fps on PS4 Pro, with blurry image. PC version runs at native 4K 60fps with best graphical effects, it is the definitive way to experience Nioh.

@OP: Just wait for the PC version of Nioh 2.

In my opinion,PlayStation is the original place so may......lunch this game on PS could really find how beautiful it is .And looks like so many games transported from PS to PC have terribly compatible problems (e.g. : many guys' machines can't run Nioh in smooth way, this not generally cause by poor hardware ).

But expecting Nioh2 with a well optimized version is also a good idea because I guess not everyone will quickly handing a station just for one of games, lunch it on existing equipment could be a way to saving economic resources.

And both of tow place will find nice one to have nice days.:)

There is no such a thing as compatibility problems. PC versions of console games ALWAYS end up running better, people that have issues are either people with below minimum requirements hardware or low IQ losers who do not know how to properly setup and maintain a gaming PC, be it with missing drivers, missing microsoft visual c++ redistributables, third party anti-virus programs interfering, having malware/viruses on their PC etc.

Ha ha ha ha ha!

That`s not true at all.

Edit: I`m sorry if you were joking and it went over my head. Sometimes I don`t recognize sarcasm. Now that I`m thinking about it your comment had to be a joke right?
