Possible fps fix for some running on lower end pc's
Not sure if links for mods is against rules or not.
helixmod.blogspot.com/2018/10/nioh-complete-edition.html
I'm normally against having to use mods, but in my case its the only way I could run Nioh.

I tried the Nvidia Control Panel fix suggested in another thread, but it didn't really do anything, in fact I think it made the game run worse.
I was beginning to think I was going to have to refund the game for being unplayable.

However I just happened to stumble across the mod in the link. After installing it I immediately noticed a big improvement in my fps when I used the mod options to disable some of the graphic settings not included in the game.

I was getting below 30fps and constant stuttering before, but now I'm getting a much more consistent 60fps.

This might not work for everyone, but if you've tried everything else and still can't get a stable fps try this out.

Out of curiosity (since I'm having the same issue), can you provide your pc hardware information so I can compare with mine?

Totally. I'm running on an A8-7600/gtx750(2gb) 8gbRAM.
It's below the min requirements, but it works somehow.

Mine is a MX150, so it's even lower. Since I'm on laptop, it's possible that the game is switching to the integrated graphics card. I'll try to fix it and, if it doesn't, i'll use the mod. Thank you.

Yeah, what was happening is that the game was running with my integrated graphics card. But can you tell me what options did you changed using the mod? Thx

I believe the mod auto adjusts and fixes things like the lighting and haloing effect.
Then you have keys F1-F6 that you use to toggle things off and on like lighting, FOV, etc.
I just disables all those things.

I see. I'll use it to measure if there's any gain in my performance. Thank you.
