Confusing him (two elements) is extremely effective as well.
Honestly, the hardest part is getting through the Kelley clones to get up to him.
In the beginning, I had issues with Kelley clones but learned to bait them into first room after defeating the 2 yokis.
Does Backwave II work on Kelley clones or they are considered yokai?
The trick is that the only close combat move they have is the Amrita spike, which looks rather more Yokai than Human.
EDIT: LW on its own probably won't do the trick. The Extraction talisman can double or even triple your LW usage, with Pleidas extending this even further. If you have them, use a few Gale Shots to Bluster Hyakume, and a GS talisman (it it's a good element-inflictor) to finish the Confusion proc. Make sure you've hit him with a Weakness Talisman, and you've got your Attack buff of choice in place.
Don't bother with chasing the eyes down per se; they tend to get close enough that your evading the main boss's sit down attack should get you in range for a good dash attack, which should replenish your LW meter pretty handily.
without the extraction talisman, do a bit of running if you are out of amrita gage. run run run attack kill an eye or two. repeat until full amrita guage, then proc it to kill the remaining eyes, and go ham again :)
Kelley is human, but has no parriable attack so you can't backwave him, you can still tempest him when out of ki.
100 eyes is extremelly weak to all elements, gale shoot, tengu fans should easilly proc the status then you just go all in with LW, apply confusion and he will die.
Do I trigger Tempest with L1 when Kelley is out of Ki to knock him down? If so, can I also Izuna him when he's out of Ki?
Lol, didn't know 100 Eyes can still be confused in WotN. So, can you use Water Shot and then Tengu Fan to confuse him?
Yes you can use any method to confuse him, pretty sure he isn't resistant to any element and on the contrary is rather easy to afflict him.
The 2 red yokis and Kelley clones also gave me a harder time this time round. Guess I'm still not good with spear as had to use sword in the end to kill all of them.
use the super air shot one, and use quick attacks on weapon to stack the other ailment.
I just did it on levl 1xx whichever one he was on :) made the fight finish REALLY fast :D
Seriously, Izuna ought to be a final blow move but it doesn't despite dropping them on the heads from up high - stiff necks
But seriously, using the weapon I'm used to makes both Kelly clones and 100 Eyes relatively easier than other bosses except I was also trying unsuccessfully to confuse the later or used his eyes to fuel my LW.
So have you not been able to complete Queen's Eye or get intermittent CTDs?
