if you're straggling with 3 clones - try to cannonball them. try not to cross an imaginary line where amrita blob is next to second tank with yokai, if you stay before that line, clones will be coming at you one by one.
and if you're having problem with end boss, you could cheese him in LW, as long as your GS is not lightning, you will be way OPed in LW. hitting floating eyes will refill lw gauge as well as damage boss.
edit: if your GS happen to be lightning based, it's still more than enough, you're just not ridiculously OP... compared, that's all.
Get to the Lab with full LW and some spare medicine, but before the gate goes down draw out the Yokai in the vats 1 at a time kill them. Take on the clones with your LW and the win is easy.
I used a few spirit stones to power up my LW if you can't farm enough from remaining vats and then the last boss was actually one of the easiest I have faced.
Although I lost my LW when he was on half health. He was a 3 hit killer, which meant I had time to heal with the medicines you can build up on level, and my normal damage output was enough to finish him.
It was actually quite a fun fight in the end
