How do you quit a mission back to map?

Himorogi branch is what you need to use to get back to the map without losing anything.

There's another item to go back to the map but it makes you lose all the amritas you gained.

Himorogi Fragment is the reusable version. It's at the bottom of your inventory. You get it after completing the first mission "Isle of Demons".
