Edit: Also, what are people's take on Tachi Arts II given its limited usage?
Right now I am also maining Dual Swords, so here is additional stuff I recommend. Also no means an expert at this game, just like everything a cat said, take it with a grain of salt.
--------------------
Kekkai 1-3: If you are mainly low stancing dual swords, this pretty much allow you to combo pretty much forever while it is up, only stopping for maybe half of a second to get back all your ki. While sacred water does the same thing, this is free if you have slots open, and gains the lovely bonus of instantly purifying Yokai Realms. There are maybe other uses for it as well, but all in all, soild choice!
Spirit Water 1-3: Same as above, only difference is you do not have spell slots open and no instant purge effect. Take this if you want the ki recovery speed without using slots.
Carnage Talisman: This is more of a quality of life more than anything, but the damageis noticable with weakness on the target. While the lower defense is scary, this is a "kill them before they kill you" mentality.
Pleiades and Extraction Talisman: Long story short, you like your living weapon, and it likes to murder things, so allow it to murder things more often and for longer.
Leeching Talisman: "Kill them faster before you kill yourself." Also great for living weapon builds just to get you in the red without face checking things. Works with Pleiades and Extraction.
Earthfolding: Free way to get back to a shine. Not needed, but quality of life.
Amplification: If you have no risk of dying, then just make your buffs last longer!
Elemental Weapon Enchants: Another quality of life. You would have no shortage of normal ones of these to switch elements at will, but this just allows you to have free access to them.
Amrita, Gold, and Luck increase: If nothing else seems worth it.
-------------------
Here is what I think.
I LOVE Kekkai. I am mainly a low stance user since it is the easiest way for me to get my elemental on the target to increase my damage outside of weakness due to using West 5 piece as well.
I like Carnage over Leeching due to me not being the best player and if I screw up, I will die. Period.
While I think there may be a living weapon build for dual swords out there, I honestly dislike it. There are better weapons for that playstyle. However if you due tend to use living weapon a lot, then Pleiades and Extract may be worth it.
I tend to use Amp when I am farming and know 100% I am not dying during what I am doing. It is just nice to have really.
Earthfolding and Elemental Talisman just makes things simpler, but not easier. Really is no need for these at all.
----------
There are other Omnyo that you could use, but these are the ones that can be helpful regardless of build.
Hope this helps? And again, grain of salt.
If you are looking for an answer to what you should pick up, I would say go with Kekkai, it is pretty much amazing.
I really enjoy it (Tachi) for bosses and just general 1 shotability. My build right now focuses on Sign of the Cross, and with the right set up, it just helps with damage. Also it should increase damage against enemies with full life for every weapon due to it being a passive. This may not be (I haven't tested it), but you will be overloaded with points anyways, so it won't matter if you just throw it in there. It is nice depending on the build, but I agree it is limited.
I'm considering Leeching over Carnage b/c I'm told if you have Tenancity, it will stop you dying provided you don't get hit ;P Also, read Leeching does more damage than Carnage, true?
Some also use Steel with Carnage to counter the reduced Defense, but doesn't compensate even half.
Thanks all the same. You can given some food for thought ;)
So do you wear the Master Swordsman armor for SotC?
I know will get more points later except now trying to make my Dual Swords build strong enough to get thru the last couple of missions ;) Later, I may go back to my 2nd weapon - the Kusarigama which I haven't given any specific points for using it ...
In terms of Steel and Carnage, again, no clue on hard numbers. I mainly use Carnage to help me 1 shot without losing a ton of health in the process. Steel is mainly added to help midigate that damage if I do get hit (assuming I live).
If you are looking just for more damage, then go with either Leeching on Carnage. I will try out the Leeching death here in a moment :D
Edit: My build atm is 5 piece Master Swordsman's Power, 5 Piece Warrior of the West. Also using Yasakani for the -1 set. I am planning on switching off the Warrior of the West set soonish once I get the pieces I am looking for, but right now it is what I am running since 1 low stance combo puts lightning on my target due to my affix set up :D
I was considering screwing around with it XD

he actually wrote u can "conned" the depletion for the skill.
its just something u might want to use for the extra oomph if you are having problem with some mobs or boss and wants to kill it fast.
