does this game come with all the DLC?
as the title says, would also like to know if it includes the japan helmets and pre order DLC

It includes a unique Steam version helmet (has red valves on it) It does come with accessable content from other pre-order bonuses, though i know it's missing one or two minor items.

All the actual content is there.

I was playing it before any of the DLC came out on the ps4 and there was a DLC set with really good bonuses, the sanada set

Yup. that's in the game with the DLC.

great the set was really good if I recall when combos with another for a ton of back attack damage! its one of the "ok I am going to shoot a dragon at you and walk behind you and kill you in 2 hits" combos lol

This edition doesn't contain the exclusive to japan helmets, nioh pre-order set and the digital deluxe edition weapons.
