Fastest way to apply Discord/Confusion

I want a build that uses Ichigo Hitofuri & Namazu-o Toshiro to apply discord easily.
What are the armors and perks that i should have.

I doubt there's a 100% fool proof fastest way.

IIRC Discord is applied when 2 or more elemental debuffs are applied so it all depends on your current enemy having weakness or resistance to your elemental damage setup.

Most reliable way would be to diversify your elemental damage as much as possible but most likely the fastest one would be to have just two elemental types, which comes at the cost that if enemy is resistant to one of them, you won't apply discord.

Do different elemental damage from Guardian Spirit (e.g. Lightning) or Clan (e.g., Earth) stack with another different elemental damage (e.g., Fire) to create confusion/discord against yokai and/or bosses?
