The stench below smelly castle doesn't poison but makes you detected by yokai miles away and can't use Suppa, right?

How does the dung ball compare to Kayaku-dama - more damage and prolonged?

Disease make you puke when you use an elixer while reducing the amount healed.
Only thing I've done with the dung balls were give them to the dung-loving man. He really likes them
