The nioh during launch for PS4(feb 2017) is not nerfed for a while, there were even multiple exploits( Yup, PS4 have cheaters too but not as pro as PC gamers). Those PS4 players already got their level cap and gear to play around for more than half a year already.
PC version received the full brunt of nerfs, from talisman/pills/guardian spirits, shuriken/kunai, to lw crit. Only way to do it in few days for PC launch is to cheat, since you need to level up, find/craft the correct gear while clearing up to way of nioh in nerfed mode.
Cheating is a way of life for some PC gamers so not a issue. Making Abyss 999 a freaking joke. lol.
Abyss was not a thing too during PS4 launch, only came with the final dlc few months later. Whoever said he made it to 999 in a few days in PS4 during launch time is just lying. But he sure can use the exploits and start out at amirta/gold loaded prior before the abyss dlc in addition to honing his actual skill.
If you mean lying as in "during launch", I meant during the launch of the DLC obviously. The game had no Abyss until Bloodshed's end as I noted in my original post. Read friend, read.
"Bloodshed's End launched on PS4 september 26th in the afternoon, this is a video of a player killing the final few floors on september 30th in the morning I believe. So around 3~ days."
It is very possible, especially since PC started with the Abyss buff active (that you don't reset the 4 debuff after each floor, only 1, meaning you have to clear a lot less mess). Beating Way of the Nioh from scratch took one guy less than 9 hours of speedrunning through, so that means he's still got more than 62 hours of no-life-ing left to beat the Abyss. Very doable if you don't care about your health, which some people do sadly.
Kato's high Tenacity was the main source of LWcrits power, now you just stack Strong Attack Damage and other fun stuff and LWcrit is just as powerful as ever.
It is very dangerous to do so indeed.
