This works for wotn too. Theres a certain time there he will have opening.
Just block evade all day.
Iai looping Hayabusa on WoTN is actually really hard. The timing is super clutch. It's doable, but unless you're a pro Iai looper, you might find that he gets up really fast. I can Iai loop most humans, but can't do Okatsu or Hayabusa. They're supposed to be the fastest ones. I think it's easier to perfect Hayabusa without Iai looping him than it is to time 3+ in a row. You can't even be off by a few MS on the timing. You got 1-2 frame window, tops.

Stand back and dodge his stuff and pelt him with shurikens until he decides to do that fly through the air move and when shuriken hits him he'll fall for a final blow..
Just repeat that until he's dead
You just need few arrows.
Thinking a bow would be pretty hard
