Is there a full list somewhere? Most sources, including the wiki, are outdated and don't include the DLCs.

I wasn't able to find a complete list either, but I believe I've unlocked majority of skins in the game, including DLC ones, and can list them here if you want.

The wiki doesn't include the female characters which were made playable which I think includes the mage woman, the girl with the lightning sword, the blacksmith and the ninja girl.

All the female skins were added in the dlc, which is after most wiki stopped trying to keep up with the updates.

You need to unlock the teahouse to use glory. You unlock it after the spider castle. As for the girls costing more, you gotta pay extra for waifus.
