Hiragumo Fragment bug

Is there a bug with the Hiragumo Fragments in the PC version? I got the first 4, and when I killed the fifth spider, it dropped a fragment, but it wasn't fragment V, it was fragment IV again, which it wouldn't allow me to pick up because I already had one.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Yes. I mentioned I got the first 4, which includes the underground one. I wasn't asking for help with finding them, I was mentioning a bug. I killed all six spiders and got all the fragments except the 5th one because it dropped a dupe of the 4th one instead..

I'm pretty sure I killed them all and didn't get the achievement for it either.

I've gotten the same one twice, i've also done the mission several times.

There are guides on youtube, but i think the one you're looking for is in that little area after the underground with the banjo dude, try looking up.

^^ there's one stuck to a tower higher up, missed him a few times myself

This happened on consonle once to me, had to restart the mission.

Bumping this thread. I pushed the spider off a cliff and it dropped fragment IV again which I couldn't pick up. Now I'm stuck without fragment V.

Edit: Nevermind, the online guides were wrong. Fragment V is actually dropped by the spider on top of the tower by the guy with the guitar as others have mentioned.
