Whats the cheese strat for this guy ? Or is there a legit way of defeating him without any use Ninjutsu or magic ?

Parry him, get behind him, drain his ki, slowly chip away at it's health, many ways to kill him.

Learn to parry, try to kensei it in maroboshi with barehands :)

Dodge to the right. Dont try and attack him right after his roll he will grab you. Just run away when he has living weapon. If you have Odachi and you are just on Way of the Samuri you can just break his ki like 3 times and do the Imperative Strike into final blow combo.

Shima Sakon is not that hard once you learn his attacks. Just dodge carefully, punish with combos and try to break his guard in normal form, punish with quick attacks and stamina drains if you can land them in Living Weapon form.

As for cheese strats... I think he's vulnerable to both Chidori Cheese and Spearfall loop, and probably other knockdown loops as well. And you can lock him in an AI loop of trying to cast Living Weapon with Body Swap and sneak single hits in that.

The easiest way is the low stance katana skill witch enables you instantly get behind of the enemy, that was how I beat him without taking damage first time I met him with 0 knowledge of any of his moves.
