Mind explaining about tatenashi set's bonus? Does it increase damage the more weight we have or lesser I am confuse.
But atm the only way to check is to have two different items and check your status page to see if they stack or not
PS If it does not say "lesser weight" it means more weight
I should mention any kind of attack scalings on equipment that aren't weapons affect everything. If a set bonus has change to attack spirit A that effects all your weapons. It's only on a weapon where it's unique to itself. I don't actually know if tate's set bonus stacks with the normal affix equip weight damage bonus.
I should mention all 3 of those shared bonuses I mentioned only work if they are on the actively selected weapons. If it's your secondary ranged weapon that you don't have out then it will not give you the bonus. You pretty much always want your ranged weapon to either have equip weight bonus A or agility bonus A depending on your weight.
Another useful thing to know is that cta bonuses are seperate from innately scaling and don't conflct. Getting an odachi with cta str A doesn't take the str scaling from B+ to A, it's two seperate scalings, so it's the bonus from innate B+ in addition to cta A scaling. The strength of the scaling is also not the same with cta being about a full letter weaker (aka cta A is the same as innate B, or at least really close).
Completely obtuse mechanics but thats how it all works as far as I can tell.
Maybe my info was outdated...
Set bonuses seem to always work and stack with everything else you might have but I can't say that's always true, just for cta as far as I'm aware. Technically cca works like equip weight bonus in that it affects your active weapons but it can't be on ranged weapons and has no affect on ranged weapons.
The same bonuses stack additively, but all the bonuses are multiplied together from what I've read.
