Towards the end of Sekigahara and onwards.
Another way to check is to forge an odachi, thru forging the weapon obtained is around your level. Innate effect is displayed everytime she crafts that same type of odachi. If you have been doing sub mission, you should have most of the odachi recipe.
Just use any odachi with high level even if it is rare or uncommon. Soul match cost is very high, upgrading 10 weapon levels cost up to 1million at level 80+, It is cheaper to just pick up a new odachi and reforge until you find one that is 'not like any other odachi'. The name really doesn't matter much earlier on.
Check your accessories if you have 'defence scales with magic B-'. I equip 2 of such, increase some magic, learnt spell to slow down and reduce defence. These are much more game changing if you have trouble getting good odachi. It gives you better chance of backstabbing enemies when they are moving very slow, increasing your DPS.
