Thanks for the suggestion, just watched it. Have any other similar suggestions? I've always been into kung fu and wuxia movies but i havnt really seen too many samurai's.

if anyone else is interested I'd reccomend Shogun Assassin(Lone Wolf and Cub) or Death Trance thats all i can really think of that I've seen and of course there's some amazing Akira Kurosawa films if you like the classic older samurai movie's like Samurai 7 or Yojimbo.

I'm not really into anime, but there are a lot of samurai anime movies. Kenshin is a pretty good show. Only other non-anime samurai movie I can think of is Kill Bill.

well more into movies im a little iffy when it comes to anime but I have seen Shigurui: Death Frenzy and it was amazing if any anime can compare to that I'd be interested.

I've also read the manga Vagabond which was very good aswell

I enjoyed the anime version of blade of the immortial. I might watch it with my friend when it comes out.
