This is probably seemingly bad advice but it is probably the best advice I can give: don't get hit. It has massive amounts of lightning damage on its attacks and lightning is a massive debilitation that slows you down in all speeds: moving, dodging, and attacking.

If you get hit and get the debuff, back off until you don't. It's not really too fast if you aren't being slowed or otherwise using a superbly slow weapon in a slow stance.

Strafe to your left, do your best to be next to him and not in front of him. Dodge the aoe lightning (there will be 4 blasts, you can just run around, no need to evade). When his ki is empty do one combo and then back off because he will deal AoE damage around himself.

Beat him with single sword heavy stance....seems to be the go to for bosses at least for me. The problem is it's extremely tedious fighting this guy as your window for attack is limited. It's best to hit him after he does the swiping lighting breath attack.

Sprint towards him as he does his lightning breath, then heavy attack his head one or two times (sometimes this will stun him allowing you to get more hits in). After attacking he'll usually swipe at you, so be ready to dodge or block him. Other than that just watch his body language and you'll begin to learn which attack he's going to use next. When he does the four lightning strikes you can easily avoid them just by moving away.

I try this tomorrow I going take break almost had boss beat but damn lightning attack.

No items, no ranged, no armor (using a transform), white low level weapons only, no healing. The most important thing to do is hit his core and know when. Footage is from a crappy stream though. But it might show you just how to avoid his attacks : )
