Change language?

So my game is in english, which I'm fine with, however the text including the subtitles are in german which I'd like to change. As far as I've seen there is no option to do so, neither steam nor the game itself offers it. Is there an .ini file and if yes where would it be located?

dont think so, you probably have to change your windows language for it to change
