borderless window does not work
As the title, the game just run as a small window at the middle of the monitor. What is happening?

T'was working for me until a major Win 10 update last night. Now, when switching from Nioh to another Win app (e.g., Chrome or Steam chat), the game conflicts with my GPU driver and CTD :(

My Win is running at 3,840 x 2,160 but Nioh is running 2,560 x 1,440 hence need to use Borderless Gaming b/c Nioh isn't smart enough to cover my entire monitor's space.

I believe some players can play in Full Screen and still switch to other Win app without minimising Nioh. Can you advise how you do this, please?

Did you update drivers recently? Did you re-enable "virtual resolution" and "GPU scaling" options or whatever the nvidia equivalent to those are?

I use the Borderless setting... No need for Borderless Gaming...

I believe the Win update may have updated some drivers and I had to re-install nVidia driver. I have now changed nioh.exe to Override high DPI scaling behaviour Scaling to be performed by System instead of Application in Compatibility tab. This seems to work except after I restart the computer, it plays up again ... strange.

I suppose you in-game and Windows resolutions are the same?

Borderless sets it to your windows resolution. That's kinda the point of it. If you want it to play nice with BG you should set it to Windowed mode if Borderless isn't working for some reason.

My 4-year old GPU is too old to run Nioh in same high resolution as Windows, but I shall try BG again in Windowed mode, thanks.

Thought I might update on my problem. I'm running in Windowed mode now without BG or CTD.

However, just CTD when I was trying to destroy 2nd crystal in Honda's arena after host died ... couldn't damage the crystal.
