Like yeah it's not 2017 epic state of the art graphics, but it's not exactly ugly either?
It's like people think that if it's not on par with the latest best looking games, it's ugly. Maybe i'm just old enough to not be too bothered by it.
Sorry a PC game that lacks AA in-games setting in 2017.. Yeah sorry that is ugly... Even at 4k and forced AA the game has the blurr muddy look to it..
See im not the only one that thinks it looks muddy.. lol
Because it was designed that way. I don't find the game ugly. Is it state of the art beauty? No, but something that isn't on par with the most beautiful games doesn't instantly mean it's completely ugly either.
It's why the game is so dark in general. It's to preserve that 60 fps on console.
It's like people are unable to see a middle ground. This game was designed for ps4 in mind, to run with 60 fps at all times. The ps4 is a fairly weak machine in comparison to the pc, especially if you want to stay at 60 fps at all times, as most console games are still 30.
It's a port. It is what it is. But it's not that bad.
You have a 4k monitor? Because you need to be at the right distance with 4k depending on the size of the screen.

I own https://www.amazon.com/AOC-AG271QG-Gaming-Monitor-G-Sync/dp/B01G5JYMNA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1510097353&sr=8-1&keywords=agon+monitor+gsync
I am using DSR to get 4k.. so not true 4k but close..
I used DSR when i was using my previous 1080p screen and the results where not that bad .
Now i use a real 4k monitor and is another world.
You can't even compare real 4k with DSR .
Every game react in different way with DSR but another thing is that everyone have different eyes so depends.
It's not garbage but you can't expect to have 4k details on an already big screen with DSR .
The pixel density is different.
