The key bought on steam store might be different as it generated as per your country region unless you are from those region that listed for censorship... So in the end you get the same no dismemberment game.

If you are in censored countries, your only chance to get uncensored is to buy a cd key from uncensored countries. Alternatively you can copy nioh.exe file from those copies which are uncensored and overwrite the one found in your game folder...

I dont even know never paid attention tbh. I think I've seen heads fall off but cant recall blood or limbs.

I was able to activate dismemberment thanks to another kind user. You simply have to replace your (asian) nioh.exe with with a western nioh.exe.

Make sure it corresponds to your game version (current version is v1.21.01). I got mine from GameCopyWorld. In the RAR-archive you'll see files named "nioh.exe" and "nioh.cdx". DON'T USE THE EXE!! That's a cracked exe which may crash your game as soon as some bodyparts are about to fly. Instead extract "nioh.cdx" to your game folder, backup your original exe and lastly rename "nioh.cdx" to "nioh.exe". I also unpacked "nioh_launcher.cdx" and replaced it with the the original "nioh_launcher.exe" but I don't think it's necessary.

Keep in mind that you most likely have to re-download a newer western version of the exe, as soon as the game gets updated.

Dismemberment works fine on mine.

I just poke these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and they lose their body parts. Like they were barely attached in the first place.

Edit : In Australia here. Surprising we didn't get a censored version; our ratings board has a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ boner for censoring ♥♥♥♥.
