How do you get these two achievements?

I have found myself missing two achievements: "Almost there" and "To be continued..."

Does anyone have any clue how these are unlocked?

I got all of the achievements by right clicking the game in my library, clicking properties, and typing -AllAchi in the launch options, then idling the game for 5 hours (or rather closer to 10 because I left it on while I was asleep). If you don't want to deal with getting these normally or no one else answers, you can do that.
