Secret Jumpscare, unused or rare jumpscare

Hi ya'll so i am a big fan of welcome to the game, but i was wattching an old stream of the popular twitch streamer tyler1. When i was watching the stream, i got up to 1:09:18 and was jumpscared by the breather. However this jumpscare i have never seen before. He walks up to the window and looks at it, while tyler is in the computer and then he gets jumpscared but then the breather walks away and doesn't kill him. Is this a unused jumpscare bug or rare jumpscare cause i haven't seen anyone talking about it or me ever getting it.

It's a normal jumpscare. I believe that is the one from the jumpscare poll. Nothing unusual. Community voted for that to happen.
