HI, I haven't beat it but I do now what you have to do.

When you start, you have to push the chair near the vent to go to the room that has a computer. You can crouch to make less noise.
If you hear background door noises, that means the killer is patrolling, so you have to hurry back to your bed and play unconscious before he finds you.

I have to climb the vent and reach my bed before you killer nabs me? How is this even possible?
