Command problem

Hello, I bought talent not included yesterday and there is a problem : I can't go down. I mean, when i'm on a platform, I press S or any other key bind to "Down" but it does nothing. I install it on mac and PC, the same problem occurs. The key is recognized because I can use it to navigate througt the menu of the game. Don't know if it's clear but it ruins the game as i can't actually pass the 1rst act :/

Tip: if you are trying to go down through a platform, you have to press the jump button + the down button in order to make it work. Otherwise you won't be able to do it. Have you tried it this way?

I was about to post an edit because I accidently find it out ! (I do not give up easily on game like this ^^) Thank you for your answer ! And for the game :)
Btw, the french streamer ZeratoR did a nice gameplay on it, and that's why I bought it (just so you know :) )
The game is perfect ! Maybe just make a note in the command menu or in the game to give the player this tip :)

Hi Maxime and thanks for the update :) Actually the tip about going down is shown during the short tutorial, but maybe it is too discreet!
