BUG: Resolution
When I start the game the screen goes into the wrong resolution mode and I can't see anything but the top corner. Can't access menu.

Again, I know how to fix it. Others won't and they'll refund.

Great game once you get it going. Games shouldn't take half an hour of fiddling to get running in 2020.

I can't remember. I suspect a combination of "alt" and "enter" and changing the desktop resolution until it starts and lets you into the menu (where you can change the resolution of the game).

Sorry. It really is a buggy mess to get going, but after that it's fun.

just tried Planet Alpha on my 4K TV and had this exact problem. I solved it by doing the following:
On the win10 desktop right click with mousebutton and choose "display settings" and under "scale and layout" i choosed 100% (i used to have 200% ) , then i start the game and selected "windowed fullscreen"... after that i quit the game and went to "scale and layout" again and picked 200% again since that what i want win10 to use on my 4K TV. and then i started the game and choosed "fullscreen".. and apply/save settings again... and now i can start the game without choosing 100% in "scale and layout" :)
maybe some steps can be skipped but i just wanted to tell how i solved it :)

i can confirm that pressing alt+enter numerous times on a 4k monitor fixes the issue lol
