Cossacks Back to War resolution FIX FOR WINDOWS 10 AND 11!!!!

Follow these steps:
1. Right-click on My computer (or This PC) on your Desktop;
2. Select Manage;
3. Click on Device Manager;
4. Select Monitors;
5. Right-click on Generic PnP Monitor;
6. Select Disable device;
7. Restart your PC;
8. Right-click on your background;
9. Select Display settings;
10. Change your resolution from "Display resolution" to 1920 x 1080;
11. From above "Display resolution" select "Scale" and change to 100%.
Done!
Those settings works on WINDOWS 10 AND 11 with Monitors or TVs with Full HD, 2K and 4K displays!

good method, but I still can't change the settings in the game because it crashes. I like to play at low game speeds, but I don't have the ability to change the speed in the game, maybe you know the solution?

Guys, I found a solution, it's really a bug program. Just change the speed of the game in the main menu and go back and you can play safely

After applying "Cossacks Back to War resolution FIX FOR WINDOWS 10 AND 11!!!!" steps YOU MUST DO ALSO THIS:
- Right Click on DMCR (from STEAMAPPS/COMMON/COSSACKS BACK TO WAR/BIN/DMCR);
- Select PROPERTIES;
- Select COMPATIBILITY;
- Select from compstibility mode WINDOWS 8 and check it;
- Check RUN THIS PROGRAM AS ADMINISTRATOR;
- PRESS APPLY and then OK.

After this Launch the game, Go to settings, Select Resolution 1920x1080, change game speed and scroll (only if you want too moove faster or slower), press ok AND HAVE FUN BOYS and GIRLS!

PS: If you are using AMD GPU:
GO to AMD CONTROL PANEL,
Click on Settings icon,
Click on System,
on the section "Prederred Software Version" CHANGE from "Recomended" to "Recomended + Optional"
and click on "Check for updates" and update!

IMPORTANT: After updating GPU Driver check if "Generic PnP Monitor is still DISABLE", very important thing to do!

In conclusion, it doesn't matter what game you want to play, if, you can't change the resolution in the game, IS BECAUSE Generic PnP Monitor is ENABLE and you MUST DISABLE IT and restart your PC after that to take effect!

Always!!!! UPDATE YOUR GPU DRIVER FIRST.

for me its the gamespeed aswell the moment i change it .. game does work fine for the moment .. but when i start next time game does crash.. and not even start..

Edit: problem solve.
go steam folder on your computer - steammaps - common - cossacks - right click the program "csbtw" - kompatibility issues. set as windows 7. it should start now. .. start game - now go properties and DONT change anythink (you can do slower gamespeed or resoulution .. but if you do faster... if you do.. remember to change it back before you leave the game. or it will crash / not start next reload.. the gamespeed is the problem.. just change it back "fast gamepast and bring it to the left side" and you are good to go for the next start.
