Quick look seems we have the same processor (intel Core i7-1065G7) and OS version (Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 18363) (18362.19h1_release.190318-1202))
Windows Defender is disabled, and no other antivirus software is running.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Sorry to hear you're also having this issue.

It appears that your computer may also be attempting to run the game via your integrated graphics card, rather than your dedicated NVidia graphics card.To run the game through your dedicated graphics card, you may need to refer to your graphics card manufacturer's documents. If you are still unsure of how to do this, please contact the manufacturer of your graphics card directly.
We are unable to directly offer you instructions on how to do this. However, if you are connected to the internet, you may find the following useful:
- Right-click your desktop, and select NVIDIA Control Panel.
- From the left, select Manage 3D Settings.
- Select Program Settings and navigate to select the program. (If the program is not in the list, select Add > navigate to the folder ‘…\Steam\steamapps\common’, select the game name folder and then select the .exe.
- Click High Performance to select the higher power graphics card to use for that specific application.
- Select Apply.
After the steps please retest the game to see if the problem still continues. If you are using SLI, please also disable this and test the game.
We also see that you are using some Razer devices, can you please uninstall any Razer software such as Chroma or Synapse, then try the game again.
We hope this helps!
