Mills can't not stop producing pasta

I'm getting spammed with "Pasta Production Halted" notifications, but my mills actually keep producing pasta. This is on campaign, Tenari Glacier on Challenging.

Here's my setup: I have two T2 mills converting a number of things, but only one is running wheat to flour. Flour is getting used up faster than it's converted (which is fine with me, cuz I want that to bottleneck production). Both mills are producing bread and pasta. When I receive the pasta notifications, I check both mills, and they still have pasta checked. I'm assuming that "production halted" means they're supposed to automatically uncheck those resources.

I'm wondering if this is somehow a bug with pasta, because I'm not getting any notifications about bread (and they should be equally affected, right? Or am I missing something about how resources and mills work?).

Hello Dev,

How much pasta are you making at the moment? Are you able to turn pasta production off and just make bread?

Can you verify your files and then load up your save to see if we can help?
