is there a practical way to resolve crowding unhappiness?
86% happiness
mission need 90% ( shake head )

crowding is primary issue

Build more dwellings, of course. But you can raise the happiness level with bars and entertainment buildings, too...

There's one other way to deal with population problems, but it only works a few times: setting up remote outposts. Your Ark ship will take people out of your current pool of residents/workers and transport them to live and work at the remote outposts instead, which could relieve some of your population pressure, but could also cause a slight worker shortage, so be careful.

If this is the Tenari Glacier mission, all you need to do is get the Unity Artifact and activate it in addition to adding buildings to cheer people up.

It's the little black alien artifact lying next to the river on the map. You have to have built a laboratory and an artifact containment unit (which are both in the same menu), have a construction drone pick it up, and have your lab scientists analyze it. Then you'll have a yellow smiley face in your Governor Powers menu, and you can activate it when it's fully charged.

have you tried using the Little domes in Decor for crowding like the Fountain mini park obelisk and crystals. might help as well. not 100% sure.

crowding is mainly solved when you build more living spaces and you do not fill them, keep it at 80% occupany it should be fine. Also yeah parks, little domes help.

sounds like a design overlook, no proper way to deal with it in positive approach.

thx for all the feedbacks.

it is not a design overlook I explained it to you . You need more living place than you actually require. Maybe a dev could explain it better if I can't.
