Where did all my drones go? (3rd mission-arctic)
3rd mission, the first one up in the arctic where you're relying on trade for food. I forgot to build an immigration center (my bad), and had just build a Z-based powerplant to cover the slight winter shortfall, when all of a sudden a get a massive spam of "not enough workers".

First problem: They're all hiding out in my Z-power plant for no reason I can see. They've filled it to capacity, and there's no way to get them to leave. I put it on lowest priority, put other buildings on top priority and "fill", and: nothing. They're all hanging out int he power plant having some kind of slumber party. I can't turn the building off, I can't put limits on the number of workers, and they're ignoring all the other buildings. IMO this is either a bug, or a lacking feature: I should be able to fix this kind of problem without destroying my buildings.

So I figure I'll eat the nanite cost and recycle the thing, thus forcing them out: I can live with the power shortfall until I get my population back up.

Except the Recycle button is deactivated. I look for my drone overlay, and it's blank: I have two upgraded drone outposts, and no drones. So now I have to restart the mission--obviously, I can't build more drone outposts without drones to build them. I can't do anything at all.

Where the hell did all my drones go? I don't remember getting any notifications about anything happening to them, or any warnings in the game that they needed protection.

Of course, I answered my own question once I imploded the Z-Plant. You only get drones if your drone outposts are staffed, and of course, mine weren't, because apparently that powerplant is a mindblowingly great place to be.

So I return to my earlier notion that there's some kind of bug in the worker distribution: I should not have one building completely full when it is set to low priority and others are set to "fill" or "high".

Power producing buildings force fill to keep up with power demand. So basicly, it's operator error on your part using too much power before getting anyway to add more colonist.

also once people are working there, a certain MINIMUM amount of them WILL always stay there. (50% i think)
