This game sounds interesting. I can't believe it is dead already. I guess the lesson learned is don't make fun games. Well, I guess i wont get to find out if it is as good as it seems since I am not buying any more multiplayer only VR games unless they have a couple thousand reviews.

Maybe it could go free to play but limited to 40 minutes per day until you purchase, or slight handicap to your health until you purchase with a one time fee, or something. Might not be enough to save it though at this point, unless booming VR sales (because of half life alyx and rift s) create enough new customers to get some population momentum going.

When this was first released, it was lightyears ahead of the competition. To this day, it's the best VR experience I have had. Simple graphics, good maps, satisfying movement cleverly based on Splatoon rules. Lots of people playing. If the dev had left it alone, I'd still be playing it today. I guess he released Battle Dome Redux, but I never bothered.
