how to use mobile speed camera? i have unlock this item

And i have unlocked the Civilian police car, standing outside the police station, but i cant drive it. cant even open the door.

You must put on casual clothes to drive it. For the casual clothes go to the locker room und change the clothes.

In the map are 3 places, where you can put a mobile speed camera on the highway. The places are marked on the map with a white mobile speed camera into a grey circle.

@chong320310 When you take the first highway entrance from the HQ you will see the place for the Speed Camera at the right side behinde the tunnel.

Look at my screenshots and you can see the position and marker.
