How do I reduce lag on Autobahn police simulator 2?

Hi there my name is Irvine and I am wandering why my game lags so much here is my specs:
processor is AMD athlon (tm) ii p340 Dual-Core processor 2.20 GHz. Installed RAM is 3.00 GB (2.74 GB usable) System type is: 64-bit operating system, x640 based proessor.

Hello!

Make sure that you have the latest update installed.
Your processor is under the minimum requirements of the game. In addition to this your graphic card is even more interesting than you processor. So which graphic card do you have?

With the system you have you need to lower the graphic details.

The next update will include a lot of optimization, so I assume that the game will run at least a little smoother on your system.

Hi Irvine,

Unfortunately you're never going to be able to reduce lag in this game, especially with a pc with the specs you're running it on.
I'm running an i7 processor, 16GB RAM, and a GTX950 with 4MB VRAM, and i still suffer with massive amounts of lag and can only achieve around 15 FPS on average (it fluctuates massively between 10 - 22 FPS), even on the lowest graphics settings.

Even with all the attempts they've made to try and optimise the game it really hasn't made any difference at all. (No offence to the devs intended here. We live and learn - hopefully).
it's a real shame really because this game could have been a massive hit, but it kinda fell at the first hurdle and never really managed to recover. Once all the negative user reviews started popping up it was pretty much doomed.

In short, all you can really do is drop the graphics settings down as low as they can go, and try and disable any background tasks or other programs you might have running so as this game can use as much of your pc's resources as possible. It definitely won't eliminate the lag but it may help just a little.
Beyond that all you can do is try and play the game as best you can between all the bouts of lag and stutter.
