is the in-game editor available for the Touch Edition or is included already?

No the in game editor is only avaliable on the full version, touch is based on microtransactions

you can buy the ability to not be sacked, you can buy unlimited scouting, you can buy the board agree to your request, you can buy cash for your team etc and more. check the store page and you'll see

Sorry! i only just saw your comment, the sack ability is forever so you will never be sacked, you can activate that or deactivate that in a game though, when you go to buy certain items, it will tell you if it's a one time use or not :) - most things you can use whenever you like and as often as you like :)

Not sure if this post is referring to the FM In-game Editor (dlc) for FM2017, but I can say with experience it does *not* work with FMT, just FM2017 full version.

FMRTE is FM Real Time Editor. It's a third party editor. It's not free but it works in both full version as well as Touch version.

Another paid tool for in-game editing is - FM Scout Editor 2017 (works in both FM version)

Search google for these tool and you will see the link to these.

SI already said, FM Touch doesn't have official in-game editor, they will think in future but not in 2017. :-)
