Loan moves always rejected
I am trying to loan out some players and although I get offers they are always rejected automatically.. I am not setting any staff members to decide it, everything is under my control. I even went to the transfer status section of the player and clikced ACCEPT ALL LOAN OFFERS still nothing...

are the players rejecting the moves ?


ive noticed as the selling club the players seem a lot more fussy about where they are sold to so far

Nope but I figurred out the problem.

I actually placed the players on the development list. And it is in progress and it can not be canceled. So now in FM17 when I manually try to loan out players who are actively in the development list, the guy in charge needs to like the team he is going and the conditions. Otherwise no matter how much I want to loan him, the ball is not in my court but the staff's court. Weird as I should always say the last word.
