Ransomware Ruined Files... Can I Re-Download FM17?

Hello. A ransomware attacked my computer the other day, and all files have been encrypted (which surprisingly doesn't bother me- I have nothing important on this computer, just some old Word doucuments and my FM files).

However, the files that make FM load have also been attacked and encrypted, which means FM won't load now. If I delete FM, can I re-install it from somewhere using my Steam account?

You can install FM on any computer that you will log on. But those saves are present only on your PC that has been attacked unless you have them on cloud.
