Have you already changed it recently? If you've done it previously in the last few days the option may not be available to you. Also do you have spare budget to reallocate?

I was once managing Galatasaray amd because the club is in a financially bad position, the board wouldn't let me change the transfer / wage budget. So which club are you managing?

Fenerbahce...

First season : league / lost in group stage euro cup / won turkish cup
second season : near december ~ / 1st place in champions league / 1st in league..

Well Fenerbahce has about 250 Millions € of debt, so I guess it's that.
Only solution for me was buying good players cheap, like when their club wants to get rid of them, and then sell them with profit a few seasons later when they performed well.
Or, sell players that earn too much. Robin van Persie I think earns 7,5M €. That way you can accumualte some money to your clubs bank account, which will give you more room to manage your transfer / wage budget.

I could not change mine for half a season because of the wages fair play rules for the league

I'm managing Stuttgart, with good club balance, I can't adjust transfer budget for weeks. Even, right after I bought Dembele, now my original transfer budget shows -13 million, and current budget is -6 million after I sold some players. It's ridiculous!
