Thanks. I've checked and updated my DirectX, Net Framework and Graphics Card Driver. And I don't have any antivirus software except the windows defender itself. I got confused really and I can't find any .dmp files, I can't even find the folder.

By the way, other games like Civilization V or XCOM2 run perfectly, I dont't think the running enviroment or hardware configure unable to satisfy FM17.

try this: right click FM 2017 in Steam -> Properties -> Set launch options -> type in "--reset_preferences" without the quotation marks, confirm and run game.

if it works, quit the game, remove the "--reset_preferences" from the launch options command line, and run the game again.

Thank you, but it didn't work.

Try installing the game on a different hard drive / SSD

God, it works, man.
I ran it as admin, then I found my DirectX9 was damaged. I fixed it and OK.

But it weired that why can my other games run well with DirecrX9 damaged?

Anyway, thank you so so much!! Sorry for troubling!

How did you notice that your DirectX9 was damaged? And how did you fix it? We've had a couple of users with the same issue and anything which could potentially help them in terms of how you sorted it would be appreciated.

Thanks.

If the directx is damaged Neil Brook then you need to simply unistall directx and reinstall it again when not in-game this fixes the issue...

I ran the fm.exe as admin, and it couldn't start with an error code 0xc000007b. I Google it and it told me it's the DirectX9 problem. After I followed the steps you showed me to reinstall DirectX9, FM17 could run.

Thank you~~

You can't just uninstall and reinstall DirectX - that's the point. We have steps in this post advising users how to fix your DirectX and wondered if he had done so - https://community.sigames.com/faq/football-manager-2017/84_how-to/89_pc/how-to-update-my-directx-and-net-framework-to-the-latest-versions-pc-r227/
