Flickering screen throughout the game

I've seen others comment on experiecning flickering at the top of the screen during matches but I have a different issue. My screen flickers constantly when trying to select an option from any screen and it is across the whole screen too. I am playing on a new mac so doubt it is the computer casuing the issue. Any advice over what I can do to fix would be greatly appreciated.
