How to create a League with promotion and relegation in editor

How do I do this. I cant find a anwser. I created a brand new league in the editor and I want to add multiple levels but I cant seem to figure it out. Does anyone have instructions or videos on how to do this. Its a new created league, im not using an existing league to do this and Im not making a super league. Its a league with teams I made. Thanks
