board won't add more coaches

i have been requesting for the board to allow more coaches cos their workload is all on heavy but they dont want to. Im playing with boro, preseason in 3rd season.

If you have good season or winning the title or cups usually they will add the coach limits even without you asking for it. So maybe it depends on how your team fare.

Btw how many coach that you have right now? As Manchester United mine are 19 max right now and its been 3 season after they allowing max of 19 coach, no matter if I won every title and cups that my team compete on they wont allowed it when I asking for add another coach. So probably there is a limit on how many coach we can have. My biggest record of having coach are in total of 26 coach, for first team only, on my FM 16 game.

im doing very well with boro actually, first season they want me to avoid relegation, i finished in 8th, 2nd season same thing but i finished 7th and qualified for europa league. when i joined the club in first season, it said i had 7/5 coaches when i tried to hire another coach.

Well I think you have do better than that or winning some cup maybe FA or EFL to gain more of their trust towards you so they will allowed more coach slots. Another thing to consider is how good is your finance? I never manage other team than Man Utd since first playing the game back on 1999 so I dont know how middle of lower team policy on this matter in relation between coach allowed and finance condition.

On this year FM, on my year 2020 gameplay before my max coach allowed are 19, mine was 17 max. No matter I plead for it every month to the board and no matter than in fact I won every title that available for my team that year (Community, Premiere League, FA, EPL, Champion Cup, Club World Championship, EURO Super Cup) they still rejected my request for adding more coach. At that point I give up, because I dont know any other way how I can convince them and never try it again for pleading for more coach allowed. But then sometimes on the end year of 2021 when I just randomly checking board panel I noticed that my max first team coach allowed are change from 17 to 19, without I ever ask for it again after since my last attempt on 2020 nor the board inform me about this changes on my inbox feed.

So from my point of view I think there are several things to makes the board agreed for your coach allowed request:

1. Make them trust you more by getting good results, winning some title etc
2. Having a good finance condition
3. Try and choose different dialogue options when pleading for it. Sometimes it not always success on first try, try for giving them some other reason and reassure them that this need of more coach allowed are very2 important for the player and club.
4. Just wait and be patient until they allowed for it without you even asking for it again just like in my case above. I dont know how trigger this, maybe this purely random or luck.
