Tactics problem

Hi,

well for the past few years I really had problems with tactics. Thats the main reason I did not buy FM 17. When creating tactics I tend to consider players and their stats plus best roles. Like to use 4-2-2-2 or 4-4-2 maybe 4-3-2-1 but usually conservative and common layouts. Never liked crazy formations without strikers etc..
Things like:
pushing up defense line and closing down opposition, prevent GK from distributing are some of the things i like to use
WIngers that tend to attack more with two CM's that support and defend plus AF or CF.
Using overlaps....etc.
Tried over and over again with low level teams and top world teams. BUt frustration of not being to able to translate my tactical ideas to results was just so annoying. WIth steam summer sale approaching in couple of days I will buy FM 17. So i was wondering can somone add me as friend and help me with more infoand explanations or their succsesful tactics???

i always play with 2 backs set to wing backs or atleast one and set to attack. usually the side that has inside forward or AP who sits narrow, the wing back bombs forward has tons of space and if he has quality stats he will give you atleast 8-10 assists minimum. backs are so important in 17.

i also use box to box midfielders and behind them a deep lying playmaker. sounds a bit funky but works well. 2 hard working, harassing midfielders and behind them a playmaking midfielder similar to pirlo. he is the guy for me that passes that ball to the player who makes the assist, (usually a marauding fullback or winger) if that makes sense. it takes time just tinker around to find what works. sometimes certain teams just dont have the players to play your style.

took me alot of trial and error to find a tactic that worked for my save 4231 to 4321 to 442.. it was a bit crazy
