Hi i was wondering if anyone had any tips and tricks on improving results as im currently sunderland and im 19th in the premier league

Make sure squad morale is always at an acceptable level is this can have a negative impact on results.

basically praise your players even indidually after a good performance where its needed...little things like that go such a long way

i do that i make sure the morale is at least very good before i go into a game

Try a tactic from the workshop, then once used to it, adapt it around your team.

Look for this tactic on google: "The Rise of Diego Simeone 4-4-2". Works really good

Any tactics are useless if your team isn't familiar with it. Make sure the familiarity bar is on its fullest.
