Adaptability, level of discipline and youth attributes not improving

They stayed the same regardless of numerous coaching courses I've completed. I googled for solution but there doesn't seem to be one. Are you aware of this bug?

Nah, mate. Went from no licences to studying for Continental B, I think, and they are still the same like when I started the save. I'm half way through season 3 and every other attribute is around 10 except for those, they are all stuck at 1-2.

The biggest joke is that I'm foreigner, managing a team whose oldest player is 23 and I'm fining them every time they don't perform and yet those attributes are the worst.
