There's also this incomplete wiki: http://wiki.mizuumi.net/w/Nitroplus_Blasterz%3A_Heroines_Infinite_Duel
A video database: http://horibuna.web.fc2.com/NPBZ/index.html
And a very good visual guide to the systems of the game itself: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ivGP_Y7ymrs
The JP wiki besides Mizuumi is the best source I've found. It's pretty dense, but if you're just looking for combos, you can still probably make them out. This[npblasterz-wiki.net] is the page for all the characters. In order they go:
Ain
Al Azif
Mora
Riuli
Saya
Anna
Ignis
Muramasa
Saber
Ethica
Ouka
Super Sonico
Heart
Homura
Common terms in combos are:
画面端 (Corner)
画面端付近 (Near Corner)
中央 (Midscreen)
近B (Close B)
投げ (Throw)
着地 (Land before the move that comes after this)
最終段 (I believe this means to wait until the last moment of a move, could be wrong though)
ダッシュ (Dash)
空中で (In the air)
中に (During the move that comes before this)
立ちA/B/C (Standing A/B/C)
しゃがみA/B/C (Crouching A/B/C)
インフィニットブラスト (Infinite Blast)
リーサルブレイズ (Lethal Blaze) (236236B+C)
Sadly enough, all the specials are written out in Japanese instead of the inputs, so it makes it even harder for those who can't read Japanese (Especially Riuli's which are almost enitrely kanji), but it's better than nothing. Ctrl+F "コンボ" to find the combo sections.
Hopefully that helps, however marginally.
Edit: Beat me to the evernote.
the problem besides no in game tutorial is that this games community is so small. 90% of fans I know switched over to playing ah3lmsss more, which doesnt help. I would play more if there were more players. But you can always ask on discord.
generally speaking you want to learn some combos, block strings mixups, and vanishing guard whenever you believe its a good idea.
