I own Anno 1800. I press 'Play' in Steam and the game opens fine. I buy Anno 2070, press 'Play' and it forces me to enter a password every single time. Refund requested.

Hi, wo finde ich denn diesen Code? Bei den Standard Antworten, die man ja im Support findet, ist nichts hilfreich. Rechts klick auf das Spiel in der Kollektion dann unter Verwaltung, steht kein Code. Ohne diesen kann ich das Spiel nicht starten, da Ubisoft den Code aber haben will. Kann wer von euch hier bitte helfen....

Every time I start a new world or load a save, the game closes itself after only 1 minute. I do not get any errors and I can just restart the game directly. The problem only startet recently but not after an update or any other change that I recall. I would be very grateful for any help!...
