research level - science card

im stuck in research level because i cant get to the science card which i believe is in system administration. in beta section there are 3 doors, but only 1 is functional. the other 2 doors are nonfunctional, one of which leads to system administration. how do i get the door in beta section that leads to system administration to work? please help. ive been stuck in research for a week.

I don't remember the specifics of which door is busted or not, but you need to enable all power, which you can do in the northeast part of the map in a room with a power charger (and probably a hopper) in it.

The science card is held by a cyborg in a room by himself in the east part of the map.
