There are CPU cores that are unrelated to the quest. There are cores on the Security deck, for instance, which isn’t even accessible until you activate the self destruct.
ALWAYS in the "CPU ROOM". The room with the CPUs. The big 'devices' that go from ground to about shoulder height, with some green lights on them. Blow all of them up (typically there are 3 or 4 of those), and the screens which flicker different red digits will stabilize on a single digit. Write it down, INCLUDING which floor it belongs to (I recommend writing down the name of the floor -- your MAP lists the floor in the right order on the side, so this will prevent an accidental error which would be a ♥♥♥♥♥ to troubleshoot)
Welcome to 90's game design, you got Sierra'd
To be fair I never got my Salt the fries achievement after I beat the game on all 3's
BUT
Where were those cores on Flight Deck and Executive level? Or better question, where exactly are those stupid screens with number?
Cause i dont remember CPUs locations on this levels at all and cant find any single screen with number aynwhere.
Maps are available out there. The screens are always in the same room as the CPU cores, and the digit stabilizes once you blow up ALL the CPU cores.
I know, i have to know if i found 4 already. Correct, I just hit the core ruin on Flight deck.
Just asking, cause that Executive level is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ large, i can look that for hour or two.
